📋 Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess an MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PM&DC.
- Have completed a one-year House Job from a recognized Institute.
- Hold a permanent valid PM&DC registration certificate.
- Have passed FCPS Part-I in the relevant subject/specialty as per CPSP policy.
📁 Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents in the exact sequence listed below:
- Institutional Application Form.
- Application processing fee slip.
- Three passport-size photographs (duly attested front & back).
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Copy of FCPS-I result certificate.
- MBBS degree & detailed marks sheets of all professional examinations.
- Copy of Distinction Certificate (if any).
- Copy of BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS & ATLS Certificate (American Heart Association certified).
- Copy of Soft Skills Workshop etc. (Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Team working, Time management, Problem solving, Interpersonal, Collaborations, Emotional, Self-Management and conflict resolution skills).
- PM&DC valid permanent registration Certificate.
- Copy of House Job Certificates.
- HEC/PM&DC equivalency certificate (for foreign qualifications only).
- Note: Candidates who have already completed mandatory training in Surgery/Medicine are eligible to apply for allied specialty training, and those who passed IMM will be preferred.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Copy of publications (if any) in approved journals from PM&DC/PubMed Indexed & HEC.
💳 Application Procedure & Fee
- Processing Fee: Rs. 2,000/- for each specialty.
- Form Availability: Applications can be downloaded from the official website: www.skzmdc.edu.pk. Forms are also available directly from the account section of FPGMI, Lahore, on payment of Rs. 2,000/-.
- Payment Method: Candidates must submit the fee online in favor of:

⚠️ General Information & Deadlines
- Selection Basis: Open merit.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel.
- Verification: Information provided will be strictly verified at three stages: submission, acceptance/joining, and during training. Forged or mismatched documents will lead to immediate rejection and discontinuation of the contract without the right of appeal.
- Deadline: Documents must reach the office of Registrar Medical Education, Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore before the closing date.
- Closing Date: 19th June, 2026 till 11:00 am.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
